Waited 4 weeks for delivery...trade account. Wouldn't let me apply discount code to order.

Where do I start, dispatch time is ridiculous. I then chased up an order only for them to say I hadn’t paid WHEN INFACT I HAD! PayPal straight away. Chased up one month later after I sent payment proof then items I needed were out of stock. However, I’m now still waiting for a refund for part of order that was broken. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying from AMR!

I purchased a lot of hair products from here about a month ago however, I received expired hair heat protectant spray. I contacted customer service for help and they still haven't replied or made any effort to contact me. VERY DISAPPOINTED, especially when the package took WEEKS to arrive and only after we had to contact customer service repeatedly to receive any communication on our package status. Horrible and won't be purchasing again.
