I absolutely love this face cream and I love Alpyn and everything they make.

I will unfortunately need to do a return of my cream due to a skin reaction. Otherwise I have no complaints with customer service at this time

I am loving my products from Alpyn so far!!! I also have to commend their customer service- my products were lost in transit, and, without even having to request assistance, they shipped an expedited order to me! I was impressed with their initiative and helpfulness.

First, I love their product! I accidentally ordered a face cream other than the one I use. When it arrived I called customer service to see what I could do. They told me to keep it and they sent the correct cream without additional charge. I will be a customer forever now!!

While I had a poor start to delivery of my order, i. e. it was lost in shipping, Alpyn reshipped and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciated their response when I contacted them on two different occasions and their follow-up and follow-through.
