I have been using both the iron capsules and the seamoss & bladderwrack. I love them BOTH!!! I used to suffer from anemia as well as a major lack of nutrients, but not anymore since taking these herbs. My skin is clearer and my fingernails are super hard and they grow without being brittle anymore. My hair is also growing much faster (Amen). I wish that they would sell herbs for hair as I trust their herbs. So far, I am a keeper! Looking forward to purchasing more herbs from them.
