Can’t really give a proper rating. Took 3 wks to receive. Haven’t tried anything yet

The products are good, as always. The package was delivered damaged. Luckily my products were okay. The outer package was not very strong.

Took a very long time for me to receive my items. I do like drinking their teas but having to wait over 3. 5wks to arrive is too long. I also had to reach out after week 2 and only then were they able to let me know my order was still in holding.

I like your products but make sure your customers know, without a doubt, that they are signing up for a subscription service when they make a purchase!
