The products are good, as always. The package was delivered damaged. Luckily my products were okay. The outer package was not very strong.

Took a very long time for me to receive my items. I do like drinking their teas but having to wait over 3. 5wks to arrive is too long. I also had to reach out after week 2 and only then were they able to let me know my order was still in holding.

I like your products but make sure your customers know, without a doubt, that they are signing up for a subscription service when they make a purchase!

I've only had about 3 cups so far. Looking forward to continuing with this tea. It is a different taste, but it really isn't bad at all.

I ordered as a gift but there was no place to indicate gift in the ordering system so i couldnt include a card to say who it was from. It was the holidays so no gift option is weird. Also, the tea bags are cheap even though the outside pkg was acceptable. For those reasons I prob wont order from here again. Not a good value.
