The product is a joy to use, as was the delivery. The packaging was excellent, as was the customer service from ALF. The massager is easy to use, clean and store; an added bonus is the course offered by Lanshin on how to use the item. I was very happy to find Lanshin products stocked in the UK that were well priced. I plan to buy the scalp stimulator when it is back in stock.
