Customer Service/Reward Points/Ease of Website
It bothers me that I have supported this company for quite a while. However, after spending well over a thousand dollars on their various products, which I love by the way. They make it impossible to use the points that you have accumulated. What I mean is they offer you a 20% off on a product however you cannot use any of the points that you have earned it's either one or the other. When I attempt to use one of my "earned notes" it is next to impossible to use. The site is not user-friendly. When I try to reach out to customer service it's always via email and it takes sometimes over 24 hrs to hear a response. It makes it so frustrating to support a company that I have turned friends and family on to. The rewards are not worth it!
