Hi all, I regret to tell you that the delivery company you rely on in Luxembourg, UPS, is really bad. They tell me a day for delivery, I stay at home all day with the amount of taxes to pay, but no parcel is delivered and so on, on 5 consecutive days... That's exhausting and annoying. By the way, the amount of taxes and delivery costs exceeds half the price of the product. But that I could accept if the delivery were correct. I'm a customer of AlgaeCal products for more than fifteen years and I'm really happy with the treatment, but you understand that under these unprofessional delivery conditions I can no longer order them.
