The bone booster pack has improved my bone density from a low of negative 2. 9 to negative 1. 5 on 2023. Hoping to achieve normal bone mineral density in the near future. I have been on the collagen for 2 months and have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin/hair/joints. Collagen makes my joints feel less dried out. Lastly, I recently started taking Triple Power.
