The product I bought is disappointing. The smell/fragrance is not great and is very strong or potent. The ordering, communication and delivery were all great. No complaints with their systems.

Wish they offer their whole products here..

The order was placed on July 1st, and shipping label was always created two days later which is slow enough. And on July 6th, the USPS still didn’t receive the package. This is taking extra 2 days than previous shopping experiences and previous experiences were already slow. The shipping service needs to step up really. And another thing is, 3days after my order was placed, customers will get one more 27ml skin conditioner with more than $200 in cart. What can you do about this difference?

I couldn’t buy the Infenesse lotion I wanted because I was led to buy skin conditioner.
