First I was wowed by the unique packaging and fantastic website. Second I was impressed by Lauren who is not only kind and considerate but is an intelligent young lady who has great insight on skincare. I have mature sensitive skin and after I followed the steps with the products in the travel kit I noticed by skin responded in a positive way calmed down and looked amazing. I love this mask! I've been using it for over 2 years to get bright, even, healthy, tight appearing skin. Results are great. I usually follow with Alaska Glacial toner, then serum.
