I am a fairly new customer to Alani Nu, after switching from Womens Best, and I will say I am SO PLEASED with this pre-workout. As an avid bruncher, the flavor is perfect to start my early morning workouts. The 'tingly' feeling is not as bad as it is with others, and I feel as if I can run a marathon with this stuff. I have no complaints whatsoever and will now exclusively be using Alani Nu for my workout supplements. 10/10 recommend. Also, I use this with the South Peach Ring flavor BCAAs when I workout and the flavors blend perfectly.
