This means I use serum every night, leave it on overnight, and gently rinse my scalp in the morning. I do not rub or wash it twice, or treat my ends harshly. This works for me for now, as my scalp is oily and my ends are naturally dry. The shampoo says it helps balance oil, but I can't wear the serum on my head to work every day without my hair looking dirty. This way, I have a treatment that keeps me looking fresh every day. :) I like that the serum is watery and doesn't stain my pillow. I really appreciate that formula. For anyone who wants to try it, I would definitely encourage you to do so, but be patient and consistent. Also, to keep it growing, you need to keep using the products. As soon as you stop, your hair will return to its original state. And no surprise there, turn the bottle over to the commercial shampoos you use, and see the ingredients and the chemistry you are putting on it.
