I’ve only been taking the supplement for around 14 days so difficult to measure it’s benefits. However, I feel that it’s helping and I’m beginning to see improvements in my skin, I’m less bloated and feeling a little more energy than of late. I have completed the menopause (a little earlier than most) so feel this is helping with those changes. Delivery was fast and I was able to navigate the website easily.
