I have a pair of very obsolete Beltone EDGE hearing aids (The warranty expired in 2009.) which still work and I can't afford new ones. I could not find any tubes and domes to fit. I had a long talk with a representative (I apologize, I don't remember his name.) He was able to figure out a tube size in spite of very inadequate information from me. I did not expect they would fit. BUT THEY ACTUALLY FIT BETTER THAN THE BELTONE TUBES MADE FOR IT!!! I am so grateful!

Love my HCR3 hearing aids, these are my second set. The company was great at getting my order.

After checking with the Better Business Bureau and also reading the reviews from people that had purchased advanced affordable hearing aids, I decided that would be a great option for me. When I called I was greeted very properly and Had a very good conversation explaining what my current hearing status was. I had previously had a hearing aid which I was not happy with and had hearing a test, so I knew What I thought I needed from a hearing aid.. My customer care representative I'm not talking about the pros and cons of the different levels of hearing aids they offered and we settle around one that would suit me best..They arrived within 3 days I put them on and I have been pleased with them ever since.. They are certainly a good value for their money and I will recommend them to anyone.
