I have purchased hearing aids from many companies, but have settled on Advanced because their products work and their customer service is excellent. Would not even think of changing vendors. My advice to new hearing aid users: Experiment! There are myriad domes and tubes, and it may take a long time to find the combination that is right for you. I have and the improvement in my hearing has been dramatic.
