I do not like being charged for items I do not purchase! I cancelled this last month and it was sent to me again and I was billed again!

I want to cancel the any other shipments.

So stressed over your non compliance with my requests, no following of my specific instructions on ordering…. I stopped using it. Have several bags left, will eventually use to be completely finished with your aggressive business practices.

I was so stressed by your customer service, lack of compliance with my requests, I stopped using it.

I received a bag that was punctured and I have been trying for 2 months now to get a replacement. Disappointed
