I needed my lenses quick and after a couple of mix ups about the prescription I was afraid I wouldn’t get them on time (I was getting on an airplane to move overseas) I called to see what was going on with my prescription and when I would be receiving them. The woman I talked with was so personable and empathetic. She took up my claim and went to bat for me. She immediately contacted my eye doctor with me on the phone and solved the problem. I don’t know how she got them to me on time but she did and they were perfect! So comfortable. I am very happy with my service.
