AC Lens showed up in my search for glasses for my 6 year old. Not only was their selection great, the product description and pricing was wonderful. Shipping was fast as well.

I’ve never ordered contacts offline before and their website made it so easy. I did it all on my phone and the contacts came very quick about 3-4days. I’ll use them again. The price was about the same, I think I used a first time purchaser code that made them slightly cheaper than others.

When my original shipment was delayed, I emailed their service representatives, who responded to my query within hours. Though I only requested information about when my shipment might arrive, they immediately shipped a second order to my home, which arrived in days. I'll add, too, that the customer service reps with whom I emailed were delightful, professional, and efficient. Wow! Their excellent handling of this situation (even when it's not their fault) indicates the degree to which they value their customers. I only wish that more companies would take a page from the ACLens handbook for customer service.
