like it but needs to go 4-5 inches higher

My wife has ALS and I was looking for something to transport her that is not as cumbersome as a Hoyer lift. This is very stable to transport and easy to use, but the soft seat with the opening for toileting is extremely difficult to use and position properly. I like how comfortable and stable the move feels, unlike a Hoyer lift, but I believe the person being transported needs to have some strength to assist getting seated, otherwise this lift is hard to position correctly. The soft seats are very hard to use, so not sure they are a beneficial accessory.

The shipping was quick but I sent a message about needing to exchange a smaller size regular pad for the larger size and have received no response.
