In our home setting there are areas that are a tight fit. This lift does the job that I was seeking for its intended purpose. The only thing that would be nice is a strap for the knee pad when patient is less ambulatory due to loss of muscle during long term in-patient hospital stays and back home. My back surgeries prohibit me from doing the manual lifting. It has been a blessing to have this lift in my house to care for my loved one of many years.

My wife has ms and can hardly use her legs. This really makes a difference in getting her to and from the living room to bedroom.

This lift chair is very helpful and easy to use. It feels sturdy, moves smoothly with the wheels, and makes transferring much safer and more comfortable. Great support for elderly care at home.

Fast shipping. Came mostly assembled except for the wheels. The instructions could have been better for the wheel assembly because you first have to remove the nut from the black rubber knob. They can only be separated if screwed on first, then you can easily pull off the rubber knob. Once separated, you can screw the nut flush to the leg of the lift then just place the rubber knob back over it. May also need to use both wrenches that come with it to hold the wheel in place on the other side.
