It is a very good product, I thought I was going to have to buy a Handicap equipped minivan. I had two reasons for not going that route. First of they are expensive, even if you have one modified it still ranges $15,000 thousand on up. Secondly the floor has be lowered which limits where you are able to drive. I like to take my wife out fishing and camping and would not be able to take it offroad. This transfer chair does all that I wanted it to do. I have used with my wife several times with no problems, in fact It is easy to folded and fits in the back seat of your car. It can be done pretty quick and don't have to look for an empty handicap space to use a ramp. I tried it on myself (220lbs) and had my 110 lb. daughter hoist me up a roll me around the parking lot and place me inside the car. She said that it was easy to lift and roll. I find it to be a good product. I recommend that anybody else facing the same dilemma may want to look into this product.
