I purchased this to help my mom with transitions and it works beautifully. the home health people sent a manual lift it was dangerous to patient and caregivers. A great product at a good price. All materials are high quality and durable. The Achairgo lift chair has been an absolute life saver!! It fits through the doorways. And the wheels spread wider when you need to push it up to something like a power chair. Honestly, it has saved my back and given my mom more independence. He is transferred from wheelchair to bed with this. Afteruse I am able to park the lift with the legs beside the bed so it does not take up too much space. In fact we almost forget it is there at times. It has helped me protect my back and since adding it to our routine we have had no falls or nearly falls. It is a most valuable part of our routine now. I had a friend assemble it and they were surprised at how straightforward it was - just need to install the 4 wheels (it takes less than 5 minutes). - so no issues there either.

Raises higher so you don't have to lower the bed and allow you to place patient in the center. And its a smoother ride without the jerking of the manual lift. It's a good, solid, well made lift.
