Over the years the service received has been excellent but there was a problem with my recent order. I was expecting two large boxes plus a smaller package. When the courier came he just had one large box and the package. The labels showed that there were only two parcels to deliver. I spoke on the phone to a very helpful lady at Abena online who said that their records indicated that 3 parcels were with the courier. She promised to look into it and phone me back. She phoned as promised indicating that something must have gone wrong and that she would arrange to send another large box with the missing items. I explained that I was being taken away for a few days break and she said she would delay sending the box until I returned. A couple of days after getting back home the courier delivered the the replacement large box. This lady went to great lengths to make sure I got the replacement package on my return. She provided a brilliant service. Mistakes can happen from time to time but she went the whole way to sort it out for which I am most grateful.
