As someone who didn’t consider themselves a ‘bath person’ I have been converted by the beautiful bath tonics from 39 Degrees. I am sleeping better, feel wonderfully relaxed after my magnesium baths and have noticed that niggling back and joint pain has subsided. Would absolutely recommend trying the sampler pack to find the scent that suits you best.

Highly recommend this for the indecisive or forgetful. I have the bi-monthly subscription so I don’t have to check if I’m running low or which essence to choose, especially difficult when they are all lovely, instead I get a nice surprise when I open the box. Also don’t worry if you’re going on holiday, a quick email and you’re paused, then automatically resuming to suit. Oh and who doesn’t enjoy a wee saving with the subscription
