I cancelled still awaiting my refund

Poor product doesn’t do efficient cleaning and small head with a small handle. Seems the offer is to create a smoke screen whereby you are offered substandard and smaller product for the same price under the pretext. Would like a replacement to the standard original brushes if someone is genuinely picking these up.

Quality of CP 011 bristles seems to be of a lower quality than previously.
