This steamer is great! It heats up very quickly, puts out a great force of steam that can be adjusted and is overall exactly what I was looking for! It is easy to clean and disassemble if needed.

I’ve been an Esthetician for close to 20 years. The Katana steamer is the best steamer I’ve used. When the ozone stopped working I inquired about repairing it instead of a full replacement. The customer service was excellent. I got the part within days. They showed me how to install it via video call. Everyone was so kind and concerned about my issue. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I recently purchased a spa cart from them. The quality was so nice! It looks beautiful in my treatment room.
