River Health

I feel River Health genuinely puts their subscribers first. I have have always had a great experience with every aspect of this company.

I love River Health because they gave me an option to have some form of health insurance through my job when I couldn’t afford any other option. I’m also able to get the Calm app for free, so I’m able to meditate and play sounds to help me fall asleep at night. It’s affordable and very easy to use the app to help find doctors that are near me and also to send my receipts if I need to be reimbursed for my doctors visit, if I have to come out of pocket. I can gladly say I love being a river health customer and wouldn’t have it no other way.

I have used the telehealth feature three times this year to describe my symptoms and get prescriptions filled at my local pharmacy. When my symptoms were not relieved after the first round of treatment, I was able to follow up and receive another prescription. I would recommend River Health for easy to use telehealth treatment.

I visited my dentist last week and service was good and I have to return next week to have chip on my front tooth repaired.

I have been using River Health since I lost my medicaid and I am very satisfied with the service, I like knowing that I can reach out any time and get my health issues taken care off. It may not be like high class insurance but a doctor is always available to answer questions, give recommendations and treatment.
