River Health

I believe River Health needs to find better ways for their website and communications. Also, for a little more of a premium every month they should allow 1 doctor visit a month instead of 3 a year.

It's a very excellent insurance company that provides comprehensive coverage for many things in general.

Always able to help find solutions

River Health benefits were offered to me through my workplace. They were extremely beneficial to me where my health plan lacked and the customer service is extremely knowledgeable and courteous, always willing to help. I feel very fortunate to have River Health as part of my health plan package.

Love that almost all of my medications are covered in the formulary. Wish there was a better, easier way to contact customer service!!
