Service was acceptable. I felt pressured to accept a subscription service, which was neither my goals or intent.

I only use it to test my blood sugar, once a day. I do not use the other features. I am not a good person to recommend the product, because it is too expensive for some one on Medicare

It's a handy blood glucose monitoring device but I have been experiencing difficulty with connecting the meter unit to my phone. It goes in the earpiece jack and when I've gone to apply a drop of blood to the strip, it has lost the connection and a strip is wasted. I purchased unlimited strips and they keep track of them because you are connected to their service when you join. They don't know when there is an issue at the time it occurs and therefore unaware of the strip count. I called and talked to tech support. Was told the volume has to be at the maximum. I check that and still have had problems. At this time, I am not finding great value for this device

Was not pleased with shipment. I understand the current state with COVID-19, but it took much to long for my order to arrive. Use UPS rather than USPS, UPS much better. I am on out of town and now my order sits on our porch. It was promised before we were to leave.
