Everything about my Dario is great however a few weeks into my pro membership the app has now forgotten that I have a membership and is back to asking me to upgrade. Also I have lost the ability to talk with my coach. Support has not provided a solution in at least a week now.

I need strips and have not got them Don’t know when they come or even if they are ordered. Can’t seem to find a phone number that anyone will answer

My Dario was working great until this morning. It is not working now

Strips not covered on my insurance they are too expensive need to be covered on insurance

I'll turn on Dario, and wait up to 5 minutes to connect. Rather than waiting now I just plug in to my phone and most times it will tell me to insert a strip within a minute or so. Still, I don't no why when I turn on the app, it doesn't go to taking my measurement. With the cost of strips, I may go to a different way of monitoring.
