A great easy way to keep track of your blood sugar

I have had diabetes over 40 years. I used regent strips long ago and got one of the early BIG glucometers in 1975. Since then, much has changed. Results time has improved, lancets have improved and glucometers have become smaller. Also insurance companies know more than doctors and patients about diabetes care, LOL. The Dario, I believe, ranks as far as breakthroughs in care go), with the Insulin Pen (for delivery). It was a radical change and for the betterment of diabetics. The Dario is also the only non-manufacturer supplied meter that has any inkling to how pumps dispense insulin. With other "high tech" glucometers, If my pump bolused 3.2 units I could only enter the integer 3 or 4. The Dario is incremental in tenths, like my pump. More accurate records that way. Unfortunately, the glucometer that came with my pump is not covered by insurance so I cannot use the interfaced glucometer where all data from glucometer was sent to the pump with no manual entries needed. I highly recommend the Dario. My first A1C using the Dario was pretty telling. The Dario predicted my A1C within tenths of a point.

I don't know what I would have done, or would be doing, if not for Dario! They are so supportive, and helpful!!! My Mother is a Master Degree RN, who still works in healthcare... When I told her, I had to start glucose testing for at least 3 months, and how amazing Dario had been; she didn't believe how lucky I got! She is letting others know, too. So grateful for Dario, and all of it's employees, for their guidance, on how to use the whole system, to making sure I have supplies that I need, and answering any questions. It is making the experience so much less daunting, and my anxiety level has definitely gone down. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
