The lancets themselves are very good, most of the time I don’t even feel the poke. Getting the lancets out of the monitor, I find difficult. I have a medium to long manicure and quite often end up with the lancet impaled in a finger when removing the used lancet if I don’t use a pair of needle nose pliers.

I purchased the Dario so I could store my numbers electronically.

I like the small footprint of this glucose checker. What I don't like is that they want you to purchase a plan to allow you to get free testing strips. Otherwise, if you don't the test strips are by far the most expensive I have ever bought. I will keep this tester only for occasionally checking my blood sugar. Also, I really didn't mean to purchase this meter but when I checked the review order button after I saw that you needed to purchase a plan I tried exiting the page and it charged my credit card anyway. I decided to keep it as a back up to my regular meter that I get free test strips for.
