Seems like a great multivitamin and love that it focuses on optimal brain health for my daughter. It was a little hard to get her to take it at first but she loved the shape of the penguin and the penguin on the bottle. We explained that it would be good for her brain and cut them in half. She takes them with a yogurt drink. She also takes the Omega 3 supplement and I think they both help with emotional regulation.
