I still did not get my order

I can’t get into my account. I sent an email no reply. I have not received my package. I’m pretty frustrated especially since I like this brand.

wander mascara does nOt work as advertised.. this mascara doesn’t work as well for length or curl/wave than some cheaper more easily available beauty store/drug store brands, which I will be sticking to. Dont know what your models are doing in your ads but there was no miraculous difference here and I DO have long lashes. ALSO barely an product dispersed onto wand for 1st application (I didn’t pump wand, I really did turn it in the tube before applying) DUD for me — btw, why do I have pay for return shipping ??? smh
