I first tried this brand CBD because it was recommended by a top herbal consultant whose knowledge is vast. It's helping me with my arthritic feet. Bad painful feet. She said to give it several days minimum to allow it to kick in, and then observe the benefits over time. Like a month's time. It's not a cure all. I do have flare ups occasionally, they're intense but rare. That CBD cannot change, or I should say has not changed. Yet overall I have seen an improvement. Markedly. I'm pretty sure this is not a placebo effect because I forgot about looking for change. It takes a while to accidentally notice a pain is diminished or eliminated. I think...oh! Yeah, my feet don't hurt do much.
