I emailed haus about my order when it was stuck in shipping for over a month. They were very fast to respond asked me to give it till the emd of the week and they wpuld get back with me. I was surprised wben i got an email saying they saw it atill hadnt moved and that they would be reprocessing my order at no charge. Great follow up! Very friendly and professional. Thank you! Excellent products! I especially love all the lip glosses, great colors that last and very pretty packaging! I have all kinds of Haus make up and it's all my favorites now. I use eye and lip products, all are fantastic!
