Customer Service could be better
I ordered an item off the Brownkind website but didn't receive a confirmation order for it, so I wondered if it ever got processed. I sent an email but it took two days before it got answered. The person said that 2 orders were received and I asked if the duplicate order could be canceled, however Idid not receive an answer. I ordered the item a second time (the skin firming face lotion) and then the first item showed up at my door. . . received a confirmation email for that order. I'm used to getting order confirmations as soon as the order goes through. Hope this company can address this for the customers.
