I haven’t had my first session

I wasn’t sure how virtual training sessions would work, but they’ve been great! Maria is terrific. She is patient and makes sure I know how to do each exercise properly. She notes and points out even small issues with my form. She is focused, stays on task and takes as much time as needed to be sure I’m set to continue the program on my own. She modifies programs as needed to fit me personally and to work with the equipment that I have. It’s great to finally have a fitness program that I can do and works my whole body! I highly recommend Maria!

Short summary: I was having difficulty finding a personal trainer. I found FYT and through the help of their customer service found a trainer I absolutely love who is perfect for what I need. Thanks !
