Not only am I blown away with the quality of the products, the customer service is of equal quality. For the first time in a long time, I have endless inspiration for makeup again. Pigmented, mess-free, blendable, impactful, innovative. This brand ticks all the boxes for me. I have many eyeshadows and lipsticks and both perform as expected as a top rated brand. I will be adding more to my collection very soon. My only (and if I'm picky) issue would be the moisturizing properties of the Luxetrance - as someone with dry lips, I can't wear them often as my lips are immediately dried. But....everything else about them is beyond perfect. I especially love the grey undertones inany of the lipsticks - shades from other brands often pull bright pink or orange very easily, but the grey added (almost undetectable) and high opacity subdues my pigmented lips and makes them the color of the lipstick, not a bright colour (and not resembling the lipstick but resulting from the addition of color from my lip).
