I place an order for products prior to Christmas. When the box arrived it had never been taped shut. It was obvious the products had been tampered with. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent an entirely new box (which arrived taped up!). There is no other makeup like Pat McGrath. It is completely worth the investment.

Love all of the purchased products and shipping was very quick and hassle free when choosing to pay the customs taxes at checkout. I will definitely use the balm and highlighter in my daily make-up kit.
