So, I have to be honest and say that when my mascara came the first time it was completely empty. Not like dried out, but like they had forgotten to fill it in the first place. However, I cannot gush enough about the quality of their customer service. I had a response via email in about 20 minutes, and I received a new mascara in less than a week. No hoops to jump, nothing. They took care of me so well and now that I have a proper mascara, I love it. I have decent lash length to begin with, but the mascara gives great rich black color and is very volumizing. I would definitely recommend, especially if you want something buildable.
