Like all the other palettes that I’ve purchased at PML, this latest product is our pleasure to apply. One can never achieve a dissatisfactory look with Bronze Seduction. I am enjoying all the PML products that I’ve purchased to date. Thank you for your excellent customer service and the trust that you don’t hesitate to show towards your loyal customers!

I love the shadows. I just wish that I didn't need a glitter glue. Also, the color range is not great. A lot of colors tend to repeat themselves. Other than la vie on rose, all the palettes have similar colors. I would like to see some transition colors and other unique colors. I would also like to see new packaging for the big palettes. The black case is so beautiful... but you can't tell them apart, and! they are a huge fingerprint magnet. The boxes did arrive slightly damaged, but customer service response time and way of handling the problem was excellent, especially being in the middle of Christmas and a huge sale. So was the shipping speed, really impressive. All in all I really liked my purchase. I am looking forward to another big sale to purchase more. I am also looking forward to product line expansion. I would like to see a waterproof mascara and foundation.

I’m very impressed with the quality of Pat McGRATH products & customer service! However, I am not happy with the discrepancy I found between true product color (She’s Heaven! lipstick) and that which is shown in pictures on the website. I’m sure that if I had seen the products in person, I would have been able to find the perfect color for me... hopefully there will be more in-store availability soon!

Being a first time customer I was so excited to try your lipstick. A few months ago I stumbled upon your Instagram page and have been a fan of your social media content. Finally I decided to buy myself something nice for Christmas so I thought I'd finally give your product a try. I will commend your shipping. The product arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the lipstick itself was disappointing. One of the tubes of lipstick malfunctions while trying to twist it open for use. The gold part that you twist comes off. The matte wasn't really matte. It rubs off easier than generic brand lipstick I have. Even the coating was unsatisfactory. I did not like how it coated my lips. I was expecting it to look how it looks on your Instagram page. Maybe my standards were too high. Or maybe I received a bad batch. I'm sorry to have to write this! I know no company likes to hear their product is disappointing. But I have to be honest, I was not satisfied. Thanks for reading my review. I hope my feedback helps for future reference.
