I had a damaged lipstick, and customer service promptly replaced my damaged lipstick. Additionally, had previously purchased lipsticks and the color pay off is also amazing, I absolutely could not allow the vip sale to pass me by. The lipstick will last. I only have to reapply when I eat greasy foods. Other than that I wholeheartedly recommend these lipsticks.

I ordered the Mothership-Dark Star palette, and unfortunately, it was badly damaged upon delivery. I contacted customer services and explained the situation. Within just a few days, they had shipped a second palette, no questions asked. Not only is their customer service wonderful, the products are top notch!
