Great reset program!
I enjoyed how easy this program was to follow, never felt hungry and enjoyed how everything tasted. Especially loved the smoothies when I made them with half water/half alt milk, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries and a tablespoon of OMG cookie butter. I have more energy now and don't feel the need for a midday coffee. I also lost 7 lbs at the end.
