I liked it
I am dairy free and like dairy free milk.
I liked the lattes and broths.
Hydrate and the green one were ok, I just drank them quickly. Smoothies were fine. I usually downed them quickly.
I’m active and work out, so I did add some chicken and veggies most of the days and felt very comfortable.
All in all, a good reset, I wasn’t hungry. I feel like my sugar cravings are in control now. I thought my skin looked glowy as well.
If I did it again, I would have timed it better bc I immediately left on a work trip and was even doing some of them in the airport and even on the airplane! It was doable! I ordered almond milk at Starbucks and used my frother. I even used my frother on the airplane and probably looked like a crazy person. But I would have liked to have a chill week after so I could more easily control my surroundings.
