I was anxious going into my first reset. The daily meditation helped set the stage and the right positive mindset. I chose to do the ‘Lifestyle’ protocol, and without any added solid foods. While I certainly missed eating per normal, the stages of packets are perfectly coordinated and the nutrients kept me feeling adequately ‘full’ and energized. The way you feel- no bloat and clean, is something your body wants to get used to. I set here about to re-introduce diet back and will take the lessons with me. I plan to ‘reset’ every quarter. All should do this.
