The Kroma 5 day reset is just that, a reset and redirect to better decision making when it comes to the nourishment we are putting in our bodies. I was worried about being hungry, but there were 2 days I couldn’t get through my packets. I was never hungry, energy felt great, and I felt nourished and concious of the food I was putting in my body during and especially after I finished! I am gearing to do another 5 day reset (I did the BOGO sale), have already purchased the big bag of porridge & only want to drink the matcha latte every day of my life forever now. 10/10 would recommend- will do again!

Food tasted good and I wasn’t hungry during the entire 5-day period I could tell that my kidneys & digestive system were being flushed out Will definitely do this re-set again!

My experience with my Kroma reset was nothing short of amazing. At the completion of the reset, my skin looked better than it has in years. My bloating that I had been struggling with for months was gone. My energy levels were surprisingly so much better than expected, and I did not feel overly hungry or deprived during the reset. My sleep was AMAZING, as was my mood. I have not felt this great overall in longer than I can remember. I am so happy with the results of my reset, and I will definitely consider repeating the reset a few time per year. Worked great! I would love to be able to do this twice a year. Once in the summer and once in early January. Shipping took a while, so plan ahead!
