Luminess Cosmetics (old)

The make up was too yellow, I would like to exchange the color for a lighter one. I have several bottles that are still sealed, can I do an exchange? Why do you keep sending me make up if I didn’t order it. I don’t want to be on an automatic order. I don’t want to keep paying for something I didn’t order. Please respond.

I love the sprayer and am learning how to use it. However I was disappointed that I paid the extra to get the 2 extra foundations and can’t use them at all because I picked a shade that was my skin tone but all 4 bottles sent to me are a different shade so I am only able to use 1 of the 4 sent which is really disappointing!

Operator had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand.

Never recieved the bonus make up and i only got 3 liquid make up not pleased with your company at all considering i paid extra and didnt get half my order ...
