The best brushes for wet hair. One item in my order was sold out and I got refund after two days. I really appreciate the customer service

The only disadvantage I had was that I could not pay with Ideal and had to make PayPal.

Ordering, delivery and product were good. However, I was disappointed to get the brush in the plastic box although I had asked for (ticked the relevant box) to get it packed in paper. Brush works very well on my daughter's very long hair.

I don't understand why you would send me a review when my products haven't arrived? Probably not the best idea.

I ordered on Dec 12th. It seems like it was shipped on the 14th, but still not received. No shipping updates posted since Dec 21st. You might want to re-think use of the USPS for shipping future orders.
