Shipping was slow and when they wanted to deliver i was not home. Sorted eventually. No prior warning, out of blue delivery notification for that day. Miramate good, DHL not so.

Quick response to my problem with a non-working coil, although it took a little time before it was actually shipped from the factory. But, it did arrive earlier than estimated, so happy with the response.

Considering the products are coming from China, the shipping was reasonably fast. Other than some miscommunication due to a slight language mismatch, I believe the support people are trying their best to please their customers.
