Generally good. Delivery was delayed for the free panda gift - as I am in agony it would have been helpful to ask whether I wanted delivery of magic pro delayed or not. I would have not bothered with the free gift. Some of the instructions have been confusing- however customer service have been helpful.

我第一次買Small Magic 一切都順利，很快收到貨，第二次買Big Magic 就不好，送錯了Ray Gun 給我，我覺得不開心，又要等了十天左右才收到Big Magic 。還要去幫手寄回Ray Gun, 感覺很煩。 當我又在You Tube 上看到四維健康 楊醫生介紹，Cold Laser Wrist X 我覺得对我会有幫助，我又下單，這次我要等了二十三天才收到，我又怕寄失，又心急想快D收到，可以快D用，改變耳鳴和疫後多痰后遺症，現在我二样都有好轉，希望下次再有機會下單時，我可以順利收到貨物。就更好！！！

Shipping was fast, the product is fantastic. I didn't receive the Big magic deluxe mat and that was disappointing.
